Cosmetic packaging estimator
The only neutral estimator that prices a decorated bottle and measures its CO2 in the same seconds.
For packaging project managers, buyers and CSR leads at cosmetic and fragrance brands who specify glass or plastic bottles and jars and must justify cost and carbon at the brief stage.
- glass or plastic
- weight
- shape
- decoration
- recycled content
- transport, factory to brand
- delivery to the US, Brazil, Asia
- duty and freight in the price
- indicative unit price
- CO2 in the same seconds
How an estimate works
Three steps, two numbers.
1/ Describe the bottle
Pick glass or plastic, then enter the weight, the shape and the decoration.
2/ Both numbers are computed

One pass gives an indicative unit price and a CO2 figure. Material production is counted per tonne of glass or plastic and adjusted for recycled content, then decoration and transport from factory to brand.
3/ Read them together

Indicative price grid built from real decorated-glass tariff lines, 2024 to 2026, and published emission factors. Freight is a full container spread over the order, duty is added on the product price, and packing options follow the founder’s rates. This is an estimate, not a supplier quote.
What each figure is made of
The CO2 figure covers material production, decoration and transport from factory to brand.

Material production
Counted per tonne of glass or plastic.

Recycled content
Adjusts the material figure.

Decoration
Counted in the price and in the CO2.

Transport
From factory to brand.
